drone crop treatment 6

We started using a drone for crop treatment last season, and it's a game-changer for spot spraying. Instead of walking the whole field, I can map out problem areas from the tablet, then send the drone out with precise amounts of herbicide. It saves time and cuts down on chemical waste, though you still need to watch wind conditions so the spray doesn't drift onto neighboring plots. The battery doesn't last forever, but for our 40-acre patch, it gets the job done before lunch.
